Hi all, i hope this topic fits in here as i am struggling with a situation...
I lost my ps4 recently (stolen) and decided to buy a ps5. When i was playing D2R on ps4, i used to uploas the offlone saved data every day. Once i got my ps5 up and running, when i went to the download from cloud menu, i noticed that D2R data was not there.
However, at the bottom of the screen there was a file named unknown, and when i clicked on it it showed all the char names i had in my ps4 D2R game. Which means, the data is there, but ps5 cannot recognize it as a D2R game. Thus, the game now have an empty list of characters.
This to me is a psn error, i was saving the data from the ps4 console and was also able to restore them in the ps4. Now, on ps5 it simply doesn't work.
To make things worse, playstation support doesn't exist. These greedy bastart's support pages only directs the user to bots that doesn't answer/solve any problems (there are no support real people in sony's company).
Being robbed on my own house by stupid bandits sucks, but then proceeding to buy a ps5 to replace the lost hardware just to find that i cannot use my data stored in the cloud makes it even worse. Anyways, anyone had this problem before and was able to fix it somehow?
