Playing through act3 nightmare with whirlwind spire of honor. Sometimes, it seems to go through some packs without doing much damage, i have to go through them 3-5 times. It's annoying, and reminds me of similar previous experiences earlier seasons. And why i wanted to stick to concentrate. But, it does work well when it works.. hitting many monsters quickly. I know because the durability goes down quite fast. It just seems to work sometimes a bit random. Is this a known thing?
Running at 30% ias, 3.12 attacks per second. Is it worth it to socket the spire of honor with a shael rune, to make it to 4.16 aps? If i find a lem rune, i can get it to 80% ias .. 6.25 aps.. but then it would probably be better on merc...
