Hey guys. There's loads of information out there already... trouble is it seems to conflict itself.

Does being frozen decrease the amount of damage a whirlwind will deal?

Basically I'm playing BvC and often have CBF. However was wondering how necessary it is when I am just tele/whirling.

being frozen does not interact with damage per hit in any way, but it can slow attack speed and thus decrease damage per time. in D2L, WW attack rate is solely determined by WSM an weapon ias, so CBF doesnt matter for attack rate (but it does for other attack skills and also movement speed afaik). in D2R, being frozen does affect attack rate, so CBF is absolutely necessary
