How do people trade/sell items from consoles to Pc ?
Other day some sold a whole sin from switch account to someone on pc

They log in on pc for trade ? I mean your b.net acc is same on switch and on pc, when you play online you have same char on both. So some guy can mainly play switch but have pc version of game for trades also ?
