Did you turn off your 3rd party programs also ?

I tried now back system for 2 days and i will check it help. It works on other account on PC as admin but my main acc is admin too and no works. Also i have problem with troubleshotting cant even run auto repair for any program

Check for Malware !!!

Maybe Firewall setting

Maybe HDD/SSD issues

"sfc/scannow" or "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" to try to repair the profile/installation

maybe use restore windows function to a point where it worked
