CS and DS can't be activated together, max is 100% together.

So if CS is 40% then anything more then 60% DS is useless?

CS/DS/MCS dont stack additively:
chance for double damage = 1 - (1-DS)*(1-CS)*(1-MCS)

you can only get 100% chance for double dmg if one single source offers 100%

MCS is mastery critical strike, i.e. barb weapons masteries and assa claw mastery
insight and peace grant the Oskill Critical Strike which is the only form of CS

if CS is 40% and DS is 60% then your chance to do double dmg is 76%
