Havent been on for a while and wounder if there is anything new or intresting when it comes to build due to the new runewords, thinking of playing some ladder perhaps and wounder whats a good build and if theres a cheap setup and something that can be medioker in pvp, not intrested in any classic build like hdin trapsa etc

a cheap setup that is good that you have never player before is a kicksin using mosaic runeword
