I once was told by a legendary frostmaiden that wizendraws -enemy cold resist only pierces the resistance of the monster that causes the projectile to explode and not the monsters that get hit by splash, and for that reason it is garbage.

This all sounds very good but I can’t find any information on the actual mechanic on how this works to confirm. Anyone out there happen to know?

amazonbasin only lists the complementary problem: Cold Skill Damage is applied by the explosion, but not the arrow itself. but -res should work as expected
