alvl and thus ilvl range from 36 to 43, not including champions/uniques/super uniques/bosses. ilvl<41 yields 4 sox, ilvl>40 yields 6 sox. so you need to remember where exactly you found it

there are way more occasions with guaranteed 4sox, dont restrict yourself by only going for cows

Ilvl 26-40 will get 4 sockets

Only normal mobs and only in worldstone keep lvl 2 are low enough lvl

They never updated the cow level for normal, so you can find it there, it is the best place thanks to the number of mobs.

Yeah u can literally join a pub cow game and tele around the drops and find a 0s broad or crystal in 30s
