not sure bps on decap, i just know its decent on wolf

Eth: pretty important in high mlm areas
Tir: negates your mana costs most of the time
Lo: DS always good no matter pvm or pvp
Mal: pretty good against high hp mobs in act5
Ral: Irresistible damage against everything but fire immune... mucho gusto
