Honestly the whole LLD thing confuses the life out of me and I feel the need to price check every semi-good looking item at low levels...
I have looked at many guides and have a rough idea what to look for in regards to gear...

However, the jewels constantly puzzle me.
Does anyone have a list of the desired jewels for these lvl 9/18/30/48 duelers?

If not, my current jewel in question is a lvl 18 13 Max Dmg/10% Dmg goes to mana.

You can use Laz's Item Affix Calculator for checking any possible Affix combination on any imaginable item, jewels included showing the respective level req too

For your Jewel in question that's probably self use cause perfect magic would be 15 Max 12 Dtgtm

Or you can check websites which list possible affixes for jewels but it's harder to pin down level req then
