My non ladder accounts are gone. Has there been a major cleanup? Usually, it was enough to go on the char about every 2 months.

you probably haven't been on for a long time and they've gone missing, it's best to refresh them every week or two at most

Since some weeks ago expired chars are deleted. Thousands of chars have been erased since they changed that.

Sorry for your loss, first of all.

As far as i know they are physically deleting expired chars now, in a few days after expiration.
