Hello, quick question…

What is the optimal level to gamble demonhide gloves for crafting caster gloves with 2/20 without getting all the undesirable affixes?

I can’t afford to buy fancy gloves so I wanna make them with as little waste as possible. Improve my chances so to speak no matter how minimal.

I am not sure what mods you desire but when you ask for caster gloves, you can use frosts or mages or trangoul.

+2 Java skills, 20 IAS and +3 maek( which is a caster glove mod) and then desirable mods like + str, lightning res, other res, +dex, mana leech, life leech etc.

Use 3jav/20ias gloves.

You value +1 to skills over Maek and many other bonuses?

You get plenty of maek from silkweave coupled with your mana leach.

So yes +1 skills and the fact that it is significantly cheaper, is both better in game and better on your wallet.


Not to mention that the +1 skills means you do more damage, which means you need to throw less jabs to kill stuff. Therefore, that’s even more mana for you because you are using less mana

Is the ilvl of items gambled at Gheeds or shopped at any vendors the same? Is it all clvl+5? That's what I'm trying to confirm

I'm trying to push beyond Silkweaves, and to do that I need some fancy gloves with Maek and hopefully mana leech. Right now I'm restricted, it's not about cost, its about min/maxing.
