If i use grief ba 30 ias in combination with beast fana aura, do i hit last bp during whirlwind or is only grief ias calculated?

in D2L, only weapon-ias is considered. for double BA, 34 ias is needed each iirc

Ok thx another question most casters wear arach with 10% slow will i still break the last bp? If not is it not better to wear botd with 60 ias?

no, since that is not weapon ias ;)
the only contributions are WSM (or AWSM if using different bases, also keep WSM bug in mind) and weapon ias. any other effect (be it off-weapon ias, skill ias like fanaticism or holy freeze, slow like arach/cleglaw, ...) is ignored
this only changed recently in some D2R patch (which makes it that every contribution is considered), but D2L ofc keeps the old formula
