My sor in my account, she cant create any new game or
join any game , the message is "fail to join".
but the other mules in my account can create and join game correctly.

Is it hardcore? Hope to hell it's not the case, but maybe it's dead. Either way then you should not get a fail to join message, the buttons should be grayed out.

My bet is some kind of soft ban. How long has it been going on?
