I've never understood the significance with fcr and ar on the same ring. Isn't that a detriment? A caster won't need melee stats..?

casters dont need AR, but there are a lot of melee builds that use teleport (BvC, WW sins, Tele Zealots) and can/must use rings to obtain an ideal fcr breakpoint. even in PvM you might use such rings if you want to farm more efficiently by adding mobility on top of your kill speed
