Hey all, looking to return to the game. I have some questions about the updates, and I'm hoping that someone can give me some good new builds to try.

1. How do terror zones work -- how often do they rotate, where can I find what zones are which?

2. What are the new good uniques or runewords that new builds can be built off of?

3. What are some builds that can clear anything and has high mobility? I used to always go lightning sorc with griffons + infinity because it could farm any zone and break lightning immunity. Now with new uniques, runewords, and sunder charms, what are some other builds with high mobility that can farm any area?
