If I am playing on PC can I play with sum1 who's on Ps5 or Xbox?
and also, can singleplayer characters play together like in d2lod, like on TCP/IP?

D2R only supports cross progression, but not cross play. i dont know about SP, never tried that

You can't cross play but can play on multiple platforms with the same account
