if u precast ES, what telekinesis level applies?
the level of TK when u cast ES?
or it applies the level of TK with your normal gear?

precast witha memory will save you skill points.
its just like with a barb and having 2x 3 WC weapons, that skill level when using the skill is applied.

Tk is a synergy, only hard points count.
