Has anyone ever had a problem with casting their attack skill right after teleport?

Both with auto cast, or in Legacy settings.

Let's say for instance

F1-> Teleport
F2-> Hammers

F1 Teleporting, Key off F1, Press F2 Cast hammers

Randomly hammers won't cast without having to press (or click again)

Super annoying, I'd rather press and hold skill once as opposed to having to spam click to ensure casting

I heard quick cast has this issue.
Easier to just do normal cast.

Change from F buttons into:

A S D F G Q E R T Y V SPACE F9 and F10
Example:
A = charge
S = hammer
d = conv
f = teleport
g = fana
q = smite
e = vigor
r = HF or Zeal
r = foh
t = holy shield
y = cleansing
v = oak
space = Throw
F9 = bc
F10 = bo

Then chose H as toggle run/walk

Instead of C/T tele you can use C/B (stats and invenotry)
