So i have found the ward with 50% (30-50) allres. And also moser's blessed circle, with 186% ed (180-220), low roll. Am aware that defense is rerolled after upgrade .. if i remember true.

Just about to do quest bugged diablo runs in nightmare, so i am considering upgrading one of them for increased defense. But which one? Running trap assassin, taking a caster's role. There is only a 5 level difference between these shields, so whichever i keep can be used by other leveling characters.

Their strength is about 85, so not long until they can wear either one.

Help me choose.

mosers - dont upgrade it

trapsin and blizz sorc are the two builds that probably benefit the least from defense, since the distance to enemies is very large (melee cant hit you and ranged is easier to dodge). so going for resist/block is more beneficial for you. i dont think that spending a socket quest for the Ward is worth it, so i would simply go for mosers with 2 diamonds as a best all around

Right, that's logical. I guess i'll go for moser's. Then the ward can be used for up-and-coming characters at level 26.
