you mean like using a grief PB instead of a zerker axe?

You could prob do this and use the extra base IAS to go for more fcr instead of IAS?

No clue if 105 bp is necessary tho

depends, there is cb, cs, all kinds of swords out there

PB = -30 WSM aka 30EIAS
Beast = Lvl 9 fana, aka 29 EIAS

There is barely any difference.

It's not very viable.
I have seen people running Colossus swords or was it Colossus Blade in d2lod, but now people can slow you, and a 5 or 10 wsm base without fana gonna be shit xD
They do look very cool though

Maby you can do a pure zerk build though.

If I go 2 x 2handers which weapons are optimal for pvp?

I would assume something like ETH DEATH or BOTD GPA.
Or inzane eth self craft.

For sword im not sure.
Either colossus sword, colossus blade or Barlog blade.

Colossus Sword has epic apperance.
