Hi,

I just started on a necro offline for classic but im not sure if I should continue.
With my offline carrier (LoD) I obv started with a sorc for gearing and easier lvleing other chars.

Whats a good strategy for d2 classic? Tried to google it but I just got hits on LoD for d2r..

It's really up to you, itemization is a bit different in classic, with rares often being best in slot. The game overall is a bit harder since you don't have strong runewords and the like. If you prefer the "power fantasy" of just slaying demons easily, LOD will be more fun, but if you want more of a challenge and enjoy deciphering if loot is good and helpful vs just following cookie cutters, classic may be more up your alley. Atm im a little tired of all the grind in LoD single player. So I wanted to try classic for the challenge. But as mentioned before, I got kids and I cant play SC (the rule of everything in life: once you go bla bla you never go back). But it would be nice to experience it in HC and a little bit research is always nice before I start.

Necro should be safe, but I guess it would be a hard struggle to do it from start.

And if im lucky and find a SoJ in classic, I can convert it to my single player carrier to finnally get my ani 😉

I used to only do hc lod. But got boring when everyone left hc lod. Only few hard core players left. So I only do sc lod
