wahts the best cold armor for sorc max block?

and why?

looking to farm countess with max block and i got lots of extra point as a nove sorc, wondering which I should max to help reduce the DEX req?

none. the cold armor spells grant defense, not block chance

If you have life charms in your inventory, then max block is more effective than pure vitality. If you have 7% MF charms instead, then going for max block actually makes your character have less effective life then if you just went all vitality. You get 11+% block for "free" anyways.

Anyways, to answer your question, it doesn't really matter, and there is much debate. I think frozen armor is the best because if you get mauled by Fanatic Death Lords, at least it will freeze them every half second or so.

None of these provide "block" they just provide more defense.

For PvM, putting 1 point into frozen armor helps a bit with defense, but not much. Also the freeze effect is some marginal help when you get surrounded by enemies / teleport inside a pack.

But dont expect much from it.
