are these 5fhr psn / fire / min dmg worthless? or maybe 5-10fg?

My personnal non-expert opinion:

they are all perfect charms right? Kepp bumping them , doesnt cost anything.
Niche uses i guess.
the one with 1 min must be used very rarely.. I guess you'd prefer the Fine prefix.

I think they worth what ever plain 5fhr sc worth, but you should make price check topic in trade forum

In d2r they demanded

some like the fhr fire dmg one, not sure why, maybe for the fhr swirl from fire dmg but i could be wrong

What is the req level to use? Might be good for some dueling purposes?
