this is a playstation issue specifically


Apparently when I bought d2r, it was linked to my old battlenet account from ages ago.

I linked my new bnet account to my playstation, and then all my characters and gear was gone.

I have not been able to access my old battlenet account because it had an old email and phone number, both of which, there is no chance for me to access for verification.

I have contacted support in attempt to have them solve this, and they did respond quite quickly trying to understand what happened. They asked me some questions to verify my identity, but contact has stopped and it has been 2 days now since I have heard from them.

Weird situation, but has anyone been there? Did you eventually get this issue resolved?

Maybe try to use support.

Other option is to try to recreate old email address

Id give it a week. 7 business days.

I actually just got the account back this morning 🙏
