Most Diablo 2 players went to resurrection

Why? How is it better?

It doesn’t look better imo

Graphics are enhanced but they don’t look better to me

I like original Diablo 2 lod and that’s what I play

As far as other benefits of resurrection like bigger stash, merged servers, and things like that, they can update that to the original if they wanted to no? And although may be helpful, they aren’t necessary to game anyway

I guess it comes down to preference

I love true original Diablo 2 lod

Resurrection ain’t for me

I play D2R but in singleplayer nowadays, I still prefer Lod for pvp though. I dislike a lot of what they added when it comes to multiplayer because I think they ruined it, but SP I think theyre are some nice QOL upgrades.

That said d2r made the game overall easier and I still would prefer challenge lod provided but im afraid im so used to it I cant really go back now.

Legacy better for pvp
D2r for pvm graphics wise but lod still for challenge

I don't know I like it, plus I like the fact I can play on my ps so I don't have to get on my PC, I can have other things going on my pc

I like the new graphics and I like that it's based on account and not cd keys. I know that if I stop playing D2R for a long time, my characters and items will still be there. If I stop playing LOD, I'll probably lose everything like I have many times before.

Plus I like how powerful the fire sorc is now in Resurrection.

What was the change there?

d2r has a new player base while most d2 servers emptied over night. they did not want a new game they wanted fg from a game they already knew how to play. after d2rs player peak the servers are a ghost town same like d2lod. d2lod has the best pk the best items and the most skilled player base. i dont see any need to go on d2r for expensive items that are just going to deflate in value because no one plays it.
