sounds like rules for crying noobs. shit i see this all the time. im in a pub game and some rand talks big then asks me to duel them in the bloodmore but wait - no teleport (because they dont got enigma) no bo - because they cant afford a cta - and no precasting ( because they are noobs)

just pk them until they exit the game... easy fix

the game is not made for players to work on equal ground, if your quality gear is high then you can afford to take an extra hit vs mid end gear but it also comes down to skill and a small degree of luck. by leveling the field you diminish the effort players have gone to have high level chars, quality gear and getting the most bang out of a char in terms of damage and life.

and yeah i think its okay to have some rules set for private pks to prevent ridiculously long fights

(i like public pks much better though; no rules, bm, trash talking is fun :p)

That's called bowazon league. People do this all the time with rules. Rules are supposed to make the game have more variety in builds that you could use.

However, most tournaments in the legit dueling section just pidgeon-hole everyone into making the same builds. It ends up being a striaght-up comparison between the jewels in your gear or the rare weapon (AKA pay-to-win).

and that thing with its 8% DR and 2k life after bo did several quadwipes in tvt xD Even when enemy ran bowa team xD I 1 v 4 them xD
(the reason why i remember it so good is because i was somehow able to get the kill on all 4 chars within same second, everyone got hit by spirits and spears at the same time lol xD)

But better gear is more important on fun category chars, and it also allows for more offensive gameplay sometimes.

Also killed ES blizz in tvt with lvl 49 hammer with hybrid enigma xD Gaze for dr, and circlet with 2 pruby for damage xD
