Hi, :D

Let's say I sell an item for FG.
The guy sends the FG and changes his mind in game and does not want the item anymore, and he just says "Oh I thought it was something else, pls refund" and just leaves.

With no room for communication and, he doesn't reply to messages.
Let's say I don't send him the FG back, and it's his loss, he should have looked better?

Or am I supposed to refund him?
I did refund since I don't know what is possible in a situation like this?
I mean, I've dealt with these type of people before, and it feels like some group of people are trolling me / wasting my time.

traders can change their minds up to the point where the trade is completed (that means item AND fg are exchanged). so you did the right thing. make your personal list of BM traders and just avoid this person in the future

Okay thanks

Even if i for example list an item saying
2x item -> 20 fg
and the guy sends me 20 fg, meanwhile i was meant to say it's 20 fg each?

yeah you have to refund them no matter how dumb it is
ive had my time wasted on so many occasions
you will be become the "scammer" if you dont refund
also if you forget to add in "each" on 2x item -> 20 fg, then its your fault
if the trade is completed in that case, then the buyer doesnt HAVE to refund

From a technical rules standpoint, if they come to game, you verify trade in message log and give item and they send fg, you do not have to refund them. Only way you would need to refund is if the description of the item listed was not the stats of the item provided. If someone decides the moment after a trade is complete that they want a refund, then it just goes down to ethics and if you want to be a gm trader or not. For 10fg, it's not worth the headache of someone trying to flame you and just eat the wasted time and be frustrated. Happens all the time, most anyone left on jsp is a bm trader. Majority of the gm traders trade via discord.

If you forgot to list that the item was 20fg per, then you are the one being bm if you back out of the trade, not the buyer.
