You are probably talking about Hustle bow ( Fana ) and having a Harmony ( Vigor ) at switch.

naaa she had a dagger that used burst of speed lol shit was crazy. i guess she had charges for it. thanks tho guys i totally forgot about hustle.

Hustle also gives burst of speed as a ctc on a weapon
