Im about to build lastwish on my barb so I wont need might merc anymore, but I do need insight for regen so the question is..

Would innersight skill from act 1 rogue help better for PVM compared to blessed aim from act 2?

Im got only 5.5k AR reason why I ask.. all i want is better hit chance, I know innnersight removes a huge load of armor for PVM (correct me if im wrong)

Also how would u build a insight act 1 rogue (pure support)

I'm not huge on PvM or barbs, but I believe blessed aim A2 merc gives terrible AR bonus and if your subject line means insight runeword bow, this runeword is limited to 4 Socket Polearms/Staves. Pride would probably be better for an A2 merc that has might or holy freeze... if you are looking to boost your barb damage and for A1 merc, ice or faith. <-- this is all strictly D2 LoD specific. I got mana issues and need insight.

My damage is enough, and I already tried act2 might merc using 20 conc pride.. so considering only using insight on merc im debating on this.

Since my AR is only 5.5k I was hoping to know what a high end blessed aim merc using insight vs act 1 rogue merc using insight would work for better hit purposes.

Like I said lets forget conc & might for that case.. but the real question would be howmuch innersight vs blessed aim performs.

Also what armor/helm for rogue if its for support only? Maybe knockback from Gskull and +6 evade armor from hustle armor wich prob works on rogue merc for better tank option

Well you'd have to hold insight manually with the barb since insight runeword can't be put into bows in D2LoD, no clue on D2R, I don't care about D2R lol.

Innersight is level 29 for a Normal Rogue Merc at level 98
Blessed Aim is level 18 for a Normal Desert Mercenary at level 98

Also yes insight can be made in bow and xbow on d2r

I think ill go lvl15fana merc rogue using faith for both dmg + AR and on top of evrything innersight proc

Get a piece of gear (usually ring) with mana leech to solve mana issues

As to ar, get charms with ar and consider using Grief(s)

Last wish is a terrible choice for barb. Or anything other than prebuff for that matter

a3 fire mercs enchant, which is actually a nice AR bonus since it's quite a high level - and doesn't require you to be close

lw is great for killing bosses but for normal monsters it sucks use dual pb griefs instead

use an act 2 merc with blessed aim base, andys + ray and fort. if you teleport a lot put an insight, if you want flat damage use pride ( swap merc base arua with might), if you want boss killing speed (fast leveling in full games) use infininity as it will give cb, lower monster defense by % and has high damage.

act 1 mercs are terrible pvm but if the barb is a bvc then they are good at keeping players off your screen. add depending on gear fort, depending on bow base make faith, calculate how much ias is needed for highest attack frames ( d2 does not use "dps bullshit" here) add 40/15 x3 to helm of your choice to merc if pvp

Last wish is bad
Grief has ignore target defense and -25% target def (bosses)
Use 2x wizspike on swap for tele since it gives big mana and can hit 105fcr with just a 10fcr/mana/ar ring
Only reason to use Act 1 faith merc is for 2 handed zerk but act 2 with pride is better for ww
Get max DMG/ar/life gc's
You can enchant to even further increase your ar
