Is anyone else experiencing the deletion of pictures hosted by Imgur that were used to sell items here?

In their Terms of Service, Imgur states:

'Also, don't use Imgur to host image libraries you link to from elsewhere, content for your website, advertising, avatars, or anything else that turns us into your content delivery network.'

I didn't even receive a notification/warning from them

I have like 200 diablo pics in my imgur account without any problems. Maybe some web has used one of your links.

When I look at old threads from 5+years ago there are a lot of imgur images that can't load. To the point where I believe they do get deleted for some reason and it's not just that the person who uploaded them deleted them.

A good option is to sign up for a github account and then create a repository where you can store your images. Unless github shuts down, your links will always work.
