Ive been playing d2r since launch in windows mode and it never showed me the white bar at the top or the lines around the screen, for some reason today they have appeared and i cant figure out how to play in windows mode without the bar being there unless i switch to full screen. any info would be much appreciated

Maybe change screen resolution. Test different resolutions.
