I wanted to trade for a 2barb/6ll caster ammy but the trade fell through cuz lvl 95 req
the ammy in question was
15 to Mana
Magic Damage Reduced by: 3
2 to Barbarian Skill
Extra Gold from Monsters: 75
Life stolen per hit: 6
9 Faster Cast Rate
Regenerate Mana: 4

so is it possible for caster ammy to have 2barb/ll/gf but lower req? maybe lower ll will be lower lvl req?

can you upload a picture? according to the formulas i found, the level req should be 89...

No screenshot unfortunately but maybe this means d2r and lod have a different ammy formula

The 6% life steal is what pushed it to 95.

To answer OP:
You can try getting a rare. Rare amus will have 67 lvl req.
You can get a 89 lvl req craft but it will have at most 3% ll

but why?
+2 class skills has an alvl of 90, so an amulet which this as the highest affix and 4 affixes total has a level requirement of 90*0.75+10+4*3=89
6ll on amulet is suffix 'of the Lamprey', which has an alvl of 85, so what am i missing here?

Add 20 lvl reqs or something for crafted stuff
Like how 6ml crafted ring is lvl 96 req

Caster Amulet + 2sk/ll: 90*0.75+10+3*4=89.5 - rlvl: 89
Caster Amulet + 2sk/ll/gf: 90*0.75+10+3*5=92.5 - rlvl: 92
Caster Amulet in Post #1: 90*0.75+10+3*6=95.5 - rlvl: 95

ll = 6ll*

If ll<6, then multiply by number of random affixes as per usual.

ty for the formula, my current ammy is 1barb/10fcr/5ll/75eg crafted, good to know that 2barb/5ll is possible on crafted for lvl 92 req

You should ignore both my posts above where I casually remove affixes to reduce level requirement.
