Trying to figure out the best way to find the elusive hdin scepter. 2/3/3 would be ideal or something better than some crappy one I hsve currently. What is the best method into finding it. Currently been doing a2 hell at lvl 54. Haven't found one +2 only +1. Some info would be nice in basic terms lol what lvl I need to be and what act and difficulty I need to be and what vendor. These guides I only see for foh and ladder builds.

Iirc act 3 hell has best odds to buy.
