Is it possible to get an uped waterwalks boots that is 1 defense off from perfect? i ask because i don't know, i was told for example that uped hoz defense goes up in defense increments of 3 defense

p waterwalks has 210ed, so total def after upgrading is calculated
def = base def * (1+2.1), rounded down
base def will ofc vary after upgrading and ranges from 56 to 65. the increment will be 3 in most cases, but can be 4 for individual cases due to rounding
