Do the 40% Frw on TO Armor still overcome the walking speed penalty of heavy armor?

Rest of Char is full with FRW (infinity, 30frw helm, cats eye, aldur boots, mavina belt, 14xfrw small charms atm, vigor lvl23)

Can someone calc this correctly? :D I would donate few fg on correct info

cheers

P.S.: can the merc somehow increase frw on this char? (it's already a Pala with self-Vigor lvl 23 atm w/o skillers!)
P.P.S How do Pala defensive skillers (+Vigor) compare to 3x3frw charms?

+frw on items is different than efrw(effective frw)

Meaning having 10frw from boots and wearing a heavy armor(-10%efrw) is not enough to fully negate it

Only skills like increased speed and burst of speed give straight efrw so if u got 10frw from either, that will cancel out the -10%

Theres formulas for it all but im sure 40frw is enough to gain a little more than the heavy armor penalty

The penalty is applied to your efrw of course, but someone else can do the math

answering in parts:
PS: no. only frw a merc can supply is the vigor aura. this gets overwritten by your higher level vigor aura

both other questions depend on your full setup. frw and vigor slvl have diminishing returns, so depending on your setup, the effectiveness can change

Q1:
your frw from gear is 35+30+20+40+20+14*3=187 frw
(equal to 83 efrw, see here: https://www.theamazonbasin.com/wiki/index.php/Faster_Run/Walk )
vigor adds 44 efrw, so total is 127 efrw
trang armor gives 40 frw but -10 efrw, giving a total of 227 frw (= 90 efrw) from gear with additional 34 efrw. total is only 124 efrw now, so this makes you slower!

Q2:
figure out yourself ;)
calculate all frw from items
convert that to efrw via the table provided
add efrw from skills and penalty
see which number is largest
