does it matter what amy starts are b4 rolling it? where its found? hell found is best id assume. But what current stats?

Its all a out the item lvl. You should gamble your amulet with a lvl89 character minimum.

you want an average of lvl 90 between clvl and amulet ilvl. at lvl 92 you can gamble amulets and always end up with 89-95. rolls before do no matter, but rares cant be used. jewel ilvl and rarity do not matter.

For ammies its best to gamble and craft with a lvl93(to get 2skill more often)

Or gamble with a lvl99 and craft with a lvl87

Same goes for rings but other items need diff clvl and ilvlto maximize the wanted stats on em
