early build is g angel, dracs, dungo, gores, highlord, bk, raven, gulli, up'd hoz and grief. can make some more budget swaps like tgods for dungo or gtoes for gores, but you definitely want dracs for life tap. fill your inventory with life scs, get treachery to hit fade before going in and do not forget antidote and thaw potions give bonus to poison and cold res. make sure you have level 21 convic aura up when attacking meph

All for smiter: lwz/griefpb, exile (with base res), enigma, kiras, highlord, gores (or tri-res boots), raven, wisp, trang/drac gloves, tgods.

stacked res (kiras + um / hoz + um / loads of 5 all res scs)
max light res 85% is what i go for by using tgods and res light aura passive max res hard points
cold absorb % (ravens)
light absorb % (tgods)
life tap dracs + lw pb
crushing blow as high as possible
open wounds is very helpful (damage on char level cant be resisted)
high smite damage 3k ish is good
high ias
damage reduction is not as important as high life / max res / stacked res / defense / blocking
use a pb grief or lw your choice
a precast bo barb is very helpful
fade for stacked res and curse resistance is helpful
stacking thawing pots (i drink like 10 of them) to boost my cold res and give a bit of max res for meph he is your greatest danger
you can use coh but have teleport charge staff on swap or you can use enigma for less res. i actually switched to coh on all my uber smiters
