pst is a time zone in the us.
It means Pacific Standard Time.
A Translator is not gonna be able to translate "5pm pst" correctly / meaninfully.
So, yes, it should start at 1pm PST and be done at 5pm PST which translates to Thursday 22:00 (Berlin) and Friday 02:00 (Berlin) time respectivly.
