emerald is an affix +3-7% Better Chance Of Getting Magic Items

Fervor is a suffix 15% Increased Attack Speed

Prosperity is a suffix +5-10% Better Chance Of Getting Magic Items

Ruby is an affix +31-40% Damage

so, 15ias 7mf and 40ed 10 mf would be perfect jewels

you confused affix with prefix
