Where the best place/method to farm 3/20/20s?

NM cows? rerolling baal scs? terror zones?

charm rolls are all random, so does not matter where you find the charm. It does not need to be a baal sc, that would actually reduce your odds because then there would be more possible options for the charm to roll. just need ilvl 47 to roll vita on a small charm, so rerolling an ilvl 47 sc would give you the highest probability. However, for 150fg each, your time is better spent working even a minimum wage job and buying them than gathering or buying the amount of pgems you would need to reroll a charm enough times to hit a 3/20/20.

Thanks for this. So I’m guessing an area with monsters at least ilvl 47 would have the highest drop rate? I thought nm cows was i61ish. Or am i just better off mfing in hell until one eventually drops

Your best chance is to get a ilvl 47 charm or slightly higher and reroll it because that would limit the number of suffix and affix it could get. That said, that’s your best chance, not a good chance. You’d have better luck winning a million dollars on a scratch off lottery ticket than manually rolling a 3/20/20.

I have 8 players doing 11-12 thousand runs per ladder, I found 4 3/20/20 the past 7 ladders.

When they used to be 400fg each it was more exciting, now that they are 150 it’s more like oh cool. Really just looking for godly crafts or rares these days with so few people left playing
