can a 451 psn drop or all cubed? with pgm

but most of the 451 psn scs u see are cubed from small charms dropped by dia,baal,nihla,pindle

only can find cant be cubed, only scs from den of evil.

in d2 his max is 86 while the area tc is 83, so a drop from pindleskin is +3 making 86 but it seems d2 still pulls from the drop table of 87. (since a drop table for 86 does not exist i assume d2 rounds up to the next highest table of 87)

i tested before making the post with an ilvl viewer and checked treasure class chart. i assume this is correct for both d2 and d2r.

Brother found one in TZ this ladder. He's currently using it on his barb.

On legacy, its diablo baal or nihla.
