In the lobby, where other characters are displayed and can chat, my character never shows up. Any idea why?

some bug out there, just click on "Create" and press esc.

I appreciate the input but I am unclear on how to make the glitch go away.

Click on Create New Character and press escape does not fix this. I must be doing this wrong....
