When I press the Alt key, its does not remain activated, I am forced to stay pressed on the Alt key to see the item on the ground

Thank you , I saw that after lol I don't know how I did to change it's like the life display and mana it often disappears I am forced to put back in weird option

how do you do this: when this happens I have to click repeteadly on the orbs until the numbers appear again, is there another way?
