coa shako for sure, you can use a gg 2/20/2os circlet with like life & put ed/life jewels into it but not this one

The main reason why people use circlets is for the faster cast rate.
Without the cast rate, it would have to be better than uniques, which is generally hard to out perform.

Paladin does not need strength either (unless they are some sort of melee build or is using "crown of ages" which isn't possible while using a circlet *insert str circlet good for coa build joke*) in a proper build that depends on circlet, so that can be considered a wasted stat.

So what you really have is +2 paladin / 27 health / 15 resist all / 2 sockets

This circlet does not have something (usually faster cast rate) or high enough stats to be considered 'useful' or desired when compared to other uniques.
While it is ok to use for yourself for general gameplay, for pvp it isn't a wanted item.

gotcha! thanks for the notes. so im basically looking for fcr/life/@res/2skill/2os basically to be considered gg enough to use.. sighhhh CoA it is then -_-... look the same as every other single smiter in the game... what a boring and expensive class tbh LOL

It can be no socket as well.
The only issue is that uniques basically can match or even outshine a lot of stuff since faster cast rate is not involved ( in this case ) .
Having the faster cast rate allows the character to equip other items and reach higher breakpoints.
