Hey I’m using a reaper toll merc for Trav only. He’s wearing Gbane and vgaze, both with all res IAS jewel, he is at max all res.
I wanna know what mod to get on my 15ias jewel that goes in the reapers toll
I’m considering between 12% damage goes to mana and 100 attack rating for leech purposes
