Where do I get/find Holy freeze merc? what diff and act? ty g.

Nm act2 defensive. It takes a few hits to activate holy freeze on him.
Or, you wear doom on any diff any skill act 2 merc, holy freeze is activated instantly.

If i use doom on holy freeze merc will it increase the cold dmg and -enemy resistance alot more?

Nope. Cold dmg don’t stack up. The higher level takes effect
