Got the same issue here, i can't enter/create with chars that were ladd yesterday(but noladd today), but no problem with chars that were noladd...

All my "new" no ladder characters are blocked too. In europe/west.

I can only hope that they did not deleted those characters

I just came home, ready to make a ladder account and char etc... and now this

I think it will better if they just kill the game and rip off the bandage for once instead of keep feeding our hopes and hurting us in the process LOL
