I've heard it is possible to get higher level wands, staffs, and scepters with level 0 skills (teeth, warmth, etc) if you roll using perfect skulls. I just did around 100 rolls though on a grave wand and didn't see a single one. I saw pretty much every level 6-24 skill though. Is there a factor I'm missing here or is it just that rare?
